Agreement to terms

By accessing and using this website you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, the use of this website is prohibited. Brickish reserves the right to make changes to these Terms as required and from time to time without notice and it is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with all such changes. Continued use of the Brickish website shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

Purpose

This website is designed to be the information repository and discussion forum for Brickish members within the wider LEGO®community.

Copyright

All items that appear within this site are copyright Brickish unless stated otherwise. Brickish owns all intellectual property rights including the copyright of material included on this website. Unless otherwise stated the reproduction, copying or distribution of any material (including any discussion forum posts) other than that for downloading for personal use is strictly prohibited.

Trade Marks

All Brickish insignia, i.e. name, logo and representation are the trade marks of Brickish and may only be used with written permission from the Association.

Brickish encourages links from the wider LEGO® community. The contents of other sites that are linked to this website are outside of our control and we do not accept any responsibility for them.

Personal details

You can access part of the Brickish website without giving any personal details. However, access to the Discussion Forum and the member-only section requires additional information. Brickish holds the personal details that you submit for its own use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal data is accurate and up to date and to inform us of any changes that need to be made. In submitting your personal data you consent to it being processed by Brickish for the purpose of administering the Association in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Computer protection

Brickish cannot be held responsible for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system whilst linked to this website.

Password security (Member-only section): Brickish members will be advised of their login details to gain access to the Members-only section after joining the Association. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and should notify Brickish immediately of any unauthorised use of the password. Sharing user IDs and associated passwords with other members or non-members, including any immediate or extended family is strictly prohibited.

Discussion Forum

Any use of the Brickish website Discussion Forum shall also be in accordance with the Discussion Forum Terms of Service. In using the Discussion Forum, you agree to be bound by them.
